Chairman & Managing Director
Duane Kasabula has served as Chairman and Managing Director of Cadman Advisory Zambia since the firm’s inception in 2017. He leads a dedicated team of professionals and support staff, delivering comprehensive property consultancy services across Zambia.
Prior to founding Cadman Advisory Zambia, Duane gained extensive experience with leading organizations, including Knight Frank, the Catholic, and the Ministry of Local Government of the Government of the Republic of Zambia. He has provided valuation and advisory services to public and private corporates, multinational companies, and government institutions, both within Zambia and internationally.
